Acloché LLC in Davenport, IA seeks a senior procurement leader responsible for managing inventory procurement, vendor negotiations, and department leadership, reporting to the President. You will direct procurement operations, performance metrics, expense and revenue management, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Personnel management: supervise, train, coach, and evaluate department staff.
• Inventory & vendor management: maintain optimal inventory levels; negotiate pricing with suppliers, manage stock dispositions, uphold service levels.
• Customer & vendor relations: primary contact for accounts and suppliers; ensure prompt, accurate, professional communication.
• Process improvement: establish and refine departmental procedures to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Strategic oversight: oversee internal logistics/freight control and merchandising teams as assigned.
• Marketing & promotional execution: direct marketing functions, trade shows, campaigns, incentives, launches, catalogs.
• Strategic growth & sales support: lead bid analyses; collaborate with sales, category managers, culinary/prod teams to grow private-label lines.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
