The role drives co-investment opportunities alongside Sinclair with high integrity, discretion, and long-term relationship orientation.

The executive will manage capital-formation strategy, deal-by-deal syndication, investor relations, and cross-functional collaboration to scale capital

Qualifications

• 10+ years in capital formation, private capital coverage, or similar roles.
• Proven record closing third-party capital with repeat participation.
• Strong relationships with family offices and institutional allocators.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute co-investment capital program and partner segmentation.
• Lead syndication processes from outreach to funding and closing.
• Manage ongoing reporting, valuations, distributions, and capital calls.
• Collaborate with CEO, investment team, and legal/tax on capital planning.
