Job summary

The leader will mentor providers, align initiatives with regulatory requirements, and collaborate with executive teams to improve population health and value-based care delivery.

Qualifications

• Medical degree from an accredited medical school.
• Advanced business degree desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years in healthcare leadership roles.
• Experience in large medical organizations and transformational healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Lead Renown Health’s primary care physician group and recruitment.Drive patient experience, clinical outcomes, utilization, and financial performance.
• Mentor providers for accountable care and clinical best practices.
• Collaborate with administrative and physician leadership to execute initiatives.
