Qualifications

• History of a positive working relationship with the FAA.
• Qualified to serve as PIC on FAR Part 135 aircraft (S61, CASA 212, Pilatus PC-12, Bell 505).
• Must be able to relocate to Michigan and work a flexible schedule.
• Ability to travel to remote locations for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain proficiency records, reports, and correspondence pertaining to operations activities.
• Submit to the FAA all reports required, including those pertaining to flight crews.
• Advise appropriate personnel on training status of flight crewmembers and standardization.
• Schedule Flight Crews.
• Designate check pilots to ensure conformity with FAA regulations and company policies; ensure route qualifications and proficiency checks.
• Coordinate operations policies and training matters with appropriate activities.
• Provide an adequate and current flight kit for each aircraft.
• Maintain subscriptions to aircraft flight manual revisions and manufacturer bulletins.
