Liberty Mutual Fire Insurance Co. seeks an experienced Chief Pilot to lead the Flight Operations team at our Hanscom Field hangar in Bedford, MA. You will oversee safety, training, and fleet operations for Gulfstream aircraft in support of global business activity.

You will work with the Aviation leadership team to hire, onboard, and develop captains and first officers, while maintaining regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as turbojet PIC; global operations preferred.
• Valid FAA ATP with multiengine rating and First Class Medical.
• College degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience in Gulfstream aircraft and corporate aviation standards.
• Strong leadership, training, and regulatory knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Flight Operations team and uphold safety culture and service standards.
• Partner with Aviation Director to recruit, onboard, and develop pilots.
• Establish and maintain training curriculums and qualification standards.
• Oversee daily flight operations, crew assignments, and MEL coordination.
• Ensure regulatory approvals, aircraft standards, and documentation.
• Represent Flight Operations in cross-functional leadership discussions.
