Job summary

Indel Services, LLC in Rancocas, New Jersey seeks a Chief Pilot to lead our corporate flight operation as Pilot in Command aboard a Citation Mustang. This role blends flying with strategic leadership, compliance oversight, and executive-level service.

You will mentor pilots, influence aviation strategy, ensure safety and efficiency, and collaborate with company leadership in a dynamic corporate environment. On-site work at our airport facility supports a high-standard operations culture.

Qualifications

• FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate with Multi-Engine Ratings.
• Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate.
• Multi-Engine Instructor (MEI) Certificate.
• Valid U.S. Passport.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Pilot in Command (PIC) for company flight operations.
• Lead and oversee all aspects of corporate flight operations.
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, company policies, and operational standards.
• Act as the primary liaison with the FAA and regulatory agencies.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and operational guidance to company pilots.
• Plan and execute safe, efficient flights, including performance calculations, weather review, and flight planning.
• Maintain aircraft readiness and operational documentation.
• Deliver an exceptional experience for passengers through professionalism, discretion, and customer service.
• Support aircraft servicing, hangar operations, and overall operational readiness.
