Qualifications

• 15 years of relevant management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide strategic planning and execution to support patient-centered care in fee-for-service and risk-based models.
• Advance physician alignment strategies to foster engagement, accountability, and shared governance across the enterprise.
• Develop and implement operational strategies for clinical service lines, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and local market needs.
• Oversee operational performance and standardization across hundreds of clinics and service sites, delivering millions of patient visits annually.
• Monitor and maintain physician performance measures (productivity, quality, patient and referring physician satisfaction).
• Manage multi-billion-dollar annual operating budget and performance across clinical settings.
