Job summary

The Immokalee Foundation seeks a strategic and collaborative Vice President of Philanthropy to lead all fundraising efforts, donor engagement, and campaign initiatives. This senior role partners with the President/CEO and cross-functional teams to drive sustainable revenue and impact for Immokalee youth.

The VP will manage major gifts, annual giving, planned giving, and corporate/foundation relations while building a resilient donor pipeline and delivering transparent impact reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• CFRE or CFRM certification or eligible within one year.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive philanthropy strategy aligned with organizational priorities.
• Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward donors across major gifts, annual giving, planned gifts, and campaigns.
• Lead a philanthropy team, partnering with programs, communications, and finance to meet fundraising goals.
• Build and manage a robust donor pipeline and ensure effective donor stewardship and reporting.
