  • Provide executive leadership and strategic direction for all inpatient, outpatient, specialty, clinical, and research pharmacy services across the enterprise
  • Develop and execute a long‑term strategic vision that advances pharmacy practice, operational excellence, patient safety, and innovation
  • Lead all pharmacy programs including clinical services, medication distribution, drug information, specialty pharmacy, formulary management, research, education, and business operations
  • Partner with executive leadership, physicians, nursing, and operational leaders to optimize medication management throughout the organization
  • Oversee formulary development, medication‑use policies, and enterprise‑wide pharmaceutical stewardship initiatives
  • Champion medication safety, regulatory compliance, accreditation readiness, and continuous quality improvement initiatives
  • Foster innovation through technology optimization, automation, specialty pharmacy expansion, and evolving models of pharmaceutical care
  • Support and strengthen clinical research and investigational drug services that advance Roswell Park’s academic and scientific mission
  • Promote pharmacy’s role in multidisciplinary patient care, clinical decision‑making, and value‑based healthcare delivery
