As the organization scales, it is investing heavily in its people strategy to ensure talent remains a key competitive advantage.

The Role

The Chief People Officer (CPO) will lead the design and execution of a forward-looking talent strategy aligned with business growth and operational excellence. Reporting to the CEO and partnering closely with functional leaders, this executive will ensure that workforce planning, leadership development, and cultural alignment are fully integrated into the company's long-term strategy. The ideal candidate brings experience building people functions from the ground up and aligning talent initiatives directly with core business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead a company-wide talent strategy that supports scalable, high-performing teams across technical and commercial functions
  • Partner with the executive team to embed people strategy into business planning, organizational design, and decision-making
  • Build out workforce planning and succession models that align with near- and long-term growth goals
  • Establish data-driven HR practices that inform hiring, retention, and performance management
  • Oversee the development of leadership pipelines and employee development programs to build internal capabilities
  • Create a cohesive, inclusive culture that reflects the company’s values and enhances employee engagement
  • Lead HR operations, including recruiting, total rewards, compliance, and systems, with a focus on efficiency and strategic impact
  • Serve as a thought partner to the CEO and Board on org strategy, culture, and human capital risk
