The University of Pennsylvania's Division of Plastic Surgery at CHOP seeks a Chief at the Associate or Full Professor level to lead a large, nationally prominent pediatric plastic surgery program focused on patient care, teaching, and scholarship.

The next division chief will oversee clinical services at CHOP's Main campus and affiliated sites, guide residents and fellows, and advance research and educational initiatives in pediatric plastic surgery.

Qualifications

• MD or MD/PhD or equivalent degree required.
• Board certification by ABPS or foreign equivalent.
• Rank will be Associate or Full Professor in the non-tenure clinician educator track or the tenure track.
• Leadership experience in a large pediatric plastic surgery program preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead the division in patient care, teaching, and scholarship.
• Oversee clinical services at CHOP Main campus and affiliated sites.
• Mentor residents, fellows and APPs in the division.
• Promote research and educational initiatives in pediatric plastic surgery.
