Qualifications

• MD or DO degree with medical licensure to practice in CT.
• Over 10 years of progressively complex administrative experience in an academic medical center.
• 7+ years of leadership in population-based high quality care and strategic planning.
• Outstanding record as clinician, educator, investigator and academic medical administrator.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic vision for the division and clinical enterprise.
• Recruit, develop and supervise physicians, APPs and staff.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission and DPH quality standards.
• Oversee divisional budget, staffing, and academic appointment processes.
• Collaborate across divisions and hospital committees to advance fetal care.
