Job summary

Ascensus seeks the Head of Partner Solutions to drive growth across institutional and strategic partnerships within Retirement. You will own partner-channel sales targets, retention, profitability, and expansion, while building executive relationships and coordinating across product, marketing, operations, and finance.

Hybrid work options supported for Needham, MA or Dresher, PA, with remote options on the East Coast.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years in financial services with 10+ years in leadership roles in growth, partnerships or channel management.
• Proven ability to drive partner-channel growth and manage multi-million-dollar budgets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee partner-channel sales goals and growth for institutional and strategic partners.
• Maintain executive-level relationships and serve as voice of the customer.
• Develop strategic partner plans with measurable objectives and growth cadence.
• Implement growth scorecards, manage P&L, and coordinate Ascensus resources.
