Job summary

The General Services Administration seeks a Deputy Assistant Commissioner of Operations (DAC) for OCAS in the Federal Acquisition Service. This SES role leads service centers focused on operations, finance, systems, service delivery and quality assurance.

You will provide executive direction for budgeting, analytics and performance, and build strategic partnerships with federal agencies and industry to advance OCAS goals.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead and fully manage complex operational organizations.
• Demonstrated senior-level experience building networks across Federal agencies, industry partners, and oversight bodies to advance mission and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead service centers for operations, finance, systems, service delivery and quality assurance to ensure alignment with agency priorities.
• Provide executive-level direction on budget formulation, analytics, and performance management.
• Develop and sustain strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to drive OCAS goals and organizational synergy.
