Suncoast Humane Society has been operating on a new campus for just over a year and a half after more than 50 years of operating. The eleven and a half acre campus with a separate dog shelter, cat shelter, prevention clinic and community resource center is designed for indoor-outdoor space and an environment that is healthy and happy for pets and the people who love them. We are looking to welcome a COO who is fits our vibe and our vision.

Our agency is located in a beach community with a laid back manner while we are on organization that values innovation and expansion. The COO will lead the shelter, intake to adoption, clinic as it reaches people who need affordable prevention services and human-animal bond programs. The team is steady and strong and they deserve to have a "go to" leader who will propel us to greater innovation. Clearly, the candidate has to value hard work and embrace the team who does the incredibly challenging work. Must have extensive experience in sheltering and prevention clinics and demonstrate creativity in programming.
