Job summary

High Steel Structures LLC is seeking a Vice President – Operations to lead four manufacturing plants, maintenance, yard, warehouse, and fabrication planning. You will direct operations on a 7-days-per-week, multi-shift basis to deliver quality products on schedule at or below cost, with a strong emphasis on safety and cost control.

The role reports to the President, collaborates with plant managers and other senior leaders, and drives long-range production planning, budgeting, and process

Qualifications

• Requires minimum 15 years of leadership experience in steel fabrication or similar.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Structural, Mechanical) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Directs operations to ensure quality products are produced on schedule and at or below estimated costs.
• Participates as a management team member to align with company goals and strategic plans.
• Leads development of manpower plans, process improvements, capital equipment needs and plant layouts.
