United Talent is immediately hiring a Chief Operating Officer for a Logan, WV-based company. This direct hire opportunity offers a salary range of $100k-$150k and places you at the helm of day-to-day operations across diverse portfolios.

You will partner with the founder to shape strategy, develop leaders, manage budgets, and drive growth while upholding integrity and accountability in a privately owned organization with restaurants, gaming, real estate, and investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, finance, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team development abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic planning and execution experience.
• Financial management and budgeting expertise; ability to analyze data.
• Experience leading 100+ employees and multi-site operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the company's day-to-day operations.
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals.
• Manage department directors and senior leadership teams.
• Monitor budgets, financial performance, and operational KPIs.
• Improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
