  • Demonstrated ability to build high-performing leadership teams.
  • Experience partnering with private equity, founders, or growth-oriented ownership groups is highly preferred.
  • Comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on execution.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
