Qualifications

Master's degree required; MHA/MBA or related field preferred in healthcare administration.
Minimum of two years as COO at an equivalent or larger facility or progressive senior operational leadership.
Ability to function as CEO-in-training and work with senior leadership to drive strategic outcomes.

Responsibilities

Provide executive oversight and direction for hospital operations and departments.
Partner with CEO to develop and monitor strategic and operational plans.
Lead department heads and drive performance, budgeting, and governance.
Represent the CEO in meetings and ensure regulatory readiness and compliance.
Foster collaboration with medical staff, community partners, and enterprise leaders.
