Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive senior leadership experience spanning operations, finance and enterprise management.
• Experience leading operations and/or finance in a global and similarly sized or larger organization, and experience in leading operations in the Global South.
• Demonstrated enterprise operating leadership across several enabling functions, with substantial responsibility for finance and operations and experience translating strategy into multi-year and annual execution plans.

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting with strong emphasis on governance and accountability.
