Byrne Dairy in New York seeks a Chief Operating Officer to lead multi-site ESL and aseptic dairy operations, driving lean manufacturing, food safety compliance, and scalable processing lines. Reporting to the CEO, the COO will align strategy with execution, oversee capital projects, and optimize cold-chain and ambient distribution while advancing packaging technologies and process automation.

This role demands deep industry experience and a proven ability to elevate operational performance

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred.
• 10–15 years of progressive ops management in food/beverage.
• 5+ years in an executive role managing ESL/UHT ops.
• Hands-on with packaging tech, PLC, and high-speed lines.

Mansioni

• Provide executive leadership for multi-site ESL and aseptic dairy operations.
• Drive lean manufacturing, CAPEX planning, and automation integration.
• Oversee cold-chain and ambient distribution across channels.
• Ensure FDA PMO/ SQF compliance and quality systems.
• Lead workforce development and cross-functional collaboration.
• Monitor OEE and financial performance with executive team.
