Job summary

Premier Mortgage Resources, LLC is seeking a COO-level executive to own credit risk policy, agency relationships, and end-to-end production operations for origination, underwriting, and fulfillment.

In this role, you will shape systems strategy, guide AI-driven process improvements, and directly coach underwriting and operations leaders in a lean, accountability-heavy culture to drive efficiency and growth.

Qualifications

• Has authored and defended credit policy design as policy owner.
• Negotiated with agencies on overlays, QC findings, or repurchase demands.
• Understands flow from credit decisions to servicing and MSR performance.
• Directly managed underwriting and operations leaders in a flat, accountability-heavy culture.
• Sets clear targets and coaches direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Own credit risk policy and credit box strategy.
• Manage the VP of Underwriting and Operations Manager; set targets and coach leaders.
• Own agency relationships with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, and VA on overlays and audits.
• Own origination systems and process strategy, including AI implementation roadmap.
• Advise on servicing strategy from production side to affect MSR value.
• Retain hands-on capability to assist with stuck files or workflows.
