Job description

This role is to join a regional carrier during a period of exciting M&A activity. You would be the right hand person to the CEO, with P&L responsibility and overseeing product, UW, claims and regulatory compliance tasks.

This role will also suit someone who is motivated by the utilization of advanced technology (such as AI, or Machine Learning) for automation, process improvements, claims handling and UW & pricing. This carrier has access to the latest cutting edge AI, ML and blockchain technology, so the smooth integration and adoption of this technology is paramount.

Due to their location in the SE coastal region, this role requires someone who has deep experience and knowledge of CAT response. Ideally in property.

The HQ is based in Florida, but you could be located remotely. You will need to have had exposure to working in P&C insurance in the SE if you're not currently based in that location.
