This executive will oversee key functions including Operations, HR, Revenue Management, Marketing, Data Science, and Development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR strategy, recruiting, culture, and performance management
• Lead pricing, revenue optimization, and data-driven decision-making
• Guide marketing, branding, and customer engagement efforts
• Oversee development projects, capital improvements, and timelines
• Collaborate on growth strategy and long-term planning
