Description

Our client is currently seeking a Chief Operating Officer in Albany, NY. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities
  • Oversight of business operations and staff, ensuring a productive environment.
  • Identify areas of improvement in business operations and ensure they are addressed through quality control programs.
  • Ensure objectives and goals are met by way of general operational leadership.
  • Oversee support team for company.
  • Management of operational tiers.
  • Utilize tracking software to monitor performance, prepare forecasts, and provide updates.
  • Actively participate in staff hiring, training, and evaluation.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree, along with minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
  • Proven operational management experience.
  • Knowledgeable of operational structure.
  • The ability to work well under pressure and multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
