Job summary

InMotion Hosting seeks a strategic executive leader to run day-to-day operations, own the P&L, and guide the company through the next growth phase. You will execute the current plan while shaping vision, product strategy, and organizational design for scale across global markets.

In the first years, you will co-lead succession planning, align boards and leadership, and drive AI-enabled execution while integrating with GTM, product, and strategy efforts to optimize performance and value creation.

Qualifications

• Senior operating leadership in a recurring-revenue business with P&L ownership.
• Experience in B2B tech: hosting, cloud, infrastructure, telecom or security.
• Ability to discuss cloud and infrastructure with engineers and customers.
• Proven track record running KPI cadences, OKRs and a business operating system.
• Experience leading global sales and support organizations.
• History of meeting revenue and EBITDA targets.
• Uses AI as a multiplier in work processes, not a replacement.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the 2027 plan revenue, EBITDA and OKR targets with board-aligned authority.
• Chair KPI/OKR meetings, enforce operating cadence, document and follow up.
• Shape team structure, hire leaders, and manage seat-versus-person decisions.
• Maintain executive customer relationships and resolve escalations for InMotion.
• Infuse AI philosophy into goals, training, and day-to-day work.
