Job summary

Partner Company is seeking an executive partner to align with the CEO on priorities and strategic initiatives. You will synthesize complex operational information and drive collaboration across global leadership teams in the US, Latin America, and the Philippines, ensuring accountability and clear follow-through.

You will lead remote-friendly initiatives, balance scaling with clarity, and use data to optimize performance and customer experience through automation and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and track CEO-level priorities, strategic initiatives, and OKRs across departments.
• Lead high-priority, cross-functional projects such as new service line launches and technology integrations.
• Establish an effective operating rhythm for executive meetings, board preparation, and company-wide communications.
• Act as a trusted strategic partner to the CEO, synthesizing complex operational information.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across global leadership teams in the US, Latin America, and the Philippines.
• Track executive decisions, KPIs, and strategic commitments to ensure accountability and follow-through.
• Lead initiatives that strengthen a remote-first culture centered on accountability and continuous learning.
• Support organizational change and scaling initiatives by promoting clarity and alignment across teams.
• Strengthen connections between leadership and distributed employees to support a consistent culture.
• Analyze operational metrics including resolution rates, customer lifetime value, CSAT, and capacity planning.
• Use quantitative analysis to evaluate business scenarios and improve operational effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities to leverage automation and AI-enabled customer experience tools for scalable operations.
