Lloyd’s is seeking a Senior Advisor to the Chief Commercial Officer, responsible for driving commercial strategy and facilitating sustainable growth. This pivotal role entails collaboration with leadership teams, strategic project management, and serving as a liaison for executive presentations, thereby influencing Lloyd’s future within the market.

As a senior and trusted advisor to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) you will have a full understanding of key business priorities across the division and the full range of the CCO’s responsibilities including as an Exco member. You will work alongside the Global Commercial Leadership Team and be instrumental in developing and delivering the Lloyds Global Commercial strategy.
Fully immersed in the CCO’s accountabilities and key business priorities across the Function, Corporation and Market, (including ExCo), contributing to the development of strategy and vision for the unit, working closely with the Head of Strategy and wider leadership team to aid delivery of that vision and provide strategic and thoughtful advice and challenge to the CCO.
Deputising for the CCO as needed, you will need to :
