Hut 8 is seeking a Chief of Staff to report to the CEO, guiding growth initiatives, strategic priorities, and cross‑functional alignment. The role carries end‑to‑end ownership of high‑stakes projects in a fast‑growth environment, with substantial opportunity to shape the company’s evolution in energy, data centers, and AI workloads.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in strategic/operational roles, strong quantitative skills, and exceptional stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategic, analytical, or operational roles.
• Experience leading growth initiatives and programs.
• Strong quantitative and analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-style environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, prioritize, and execute critical growth and optimization initiatives.
• Build deep understanding of energy infrastructure and data center markets.
• Provide rigorous quantitative and qualitative insights to inform strategy.
• Lead meetings with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
• Align and manage stakeholders across cross‑functional projects.
• Prepare materials for internal/external stakeholders, including Board memos.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop OKRs and track progress.
• Partner with the CFO on organizational planning and budgeting.
• Identify opportunities to train team members and improve processes.
• And other duties as assigned.
