You are a seasoned operator with 14+ years in high-growth tech, strong financial acumen, and a track record partnering with senior technical leadership to unblock hiring and align roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 14+ years in business operations, strategy, finance, or related field.
• Partner to senior technical leadership; experience with Trust/Infrastructure/Platform teams is a plus.
• Strong financial acumen (budgeting, headcount planning, variance analysis) and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive operating cadence including staff meetings, quarterly planning, all-hands, and leadership events.
• Track commitments, set agendas, and partner with Finance on budget management and headcount planning.
• Translate Trust & Infrastructure roadmap priorities into org-wide planning, resourcing, and leadership visibility.
• Oversee headcount monitoring, position approvals, backfills, sign-on bonuses, and location strategy.
• Partner with Recruiting and HR to unblock hiring and support hiring managers.
• Lead quarterly/annual planning, variance analysis, RLOAs, and org-level metrics reporting.
• Drive operational efficiency through process improvements and AI-powered productivity tools.
• Manage engineering communications, announcement channels, promotions, and all-hands messaging.
• Support culture initiatives, intern programs, and the Engineering Blog.
