Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, public administration, business, or related field required.
• Experience leading complex district-level projects and coordinating multiple departments.
• Strong knowledge of strategic planning, performance measures, and data analysis.
• Ability to give candid advice, exercise sound judgment, and protect confidential information.
• Cabinet-level experience and certification in education/leadership preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead cabinet meetings and document decisions, owners, deadlines, and results.
• Translate priorities into action plans with owners and milestones.
• Coordinate major initiatives across departments and schools, manage risks.
• Drive project planning, scope, resources, and timelines to completion.
• Support Superintendent with sensitive matters and board communications.
