Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant professional experience in missile defense, DoW engineering, systems engineering, or related programs.
• Master's degree, or a Bachelor's degree in a STEM field with 20 years missile defense/major weapons systems experience.
• Experience supporting program offices, coordinating across large organizations, executive communications, and senior-level reporting.
• Ability to collaborate with government customers, prime contractors, subcontractors, and subject matter experts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficient in MS Office.
• Secret-level security clearance; potential for Top Secret.

Responsibilities

• Support the Aegis BMD Missile Engineering team for the MDA Program Office.
• Act as Chief of Staff to the Aegis BMD division; manage multiple streams and keep tasks on schedule.
• Provide SME in systems engineering, program management, configuration management, and data management for reviews.
• Develop and deliver critical programmatic reports and briefing products.
• Help manage a workforce of military, government civilians, and contractors.
• Respond to information requests.
