Job summary

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree with progressive experience; a Master's with relevant experience is acceptable as well. Relocation is not offered, and telework is not eligible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree? minimum preferred with relevant progressive professional experience.
• Experience handling administration, finance, human resources, purchasing, and reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to prepare budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Represent organizational unit on administrative matters and implement internal policies.
• Prepare budgeting, project scheduling, and statistical reports as required.
• Coordinate cross-functional administrative tasks across divisions as needed.
