Job summary

Constellation Space is seeking a Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO and run the company behind the product: strategy, operations, and projects that do not have an owner yet. This is a founding-team seat with broad scope and real ownership.

You will translate the CEO's priorities into execution across the organization, establish an operating rhythm, and help recruit as the team grows. The role requires a proactive, highly organized leader in the U.S. context.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in chief of staff, operations, strategy, or business operations at an early-stage startup.
• Experience owning ambiguous, cross-functional projects end to end.
• Excellent written communication; can turn messy priorities into clear plans.
• U.S. person required (ITAR).

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the CEO on strategy, planning, and board and investor reporting.
• Own cross-functional projects from scoping to delivery.
• Run the company operating rhythm: goal setting, meeting cadence, and follow-through on decisions.
• Drive recruiting coordination, offers, and onboarding as the team grows.
• Oversee finance, legal, and administration with our external accountants and counsel.

Constellation builds ConstellationOS, an intelligence and forecasting layer for satellite and ground-network operations. We are looking for a Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO and run the company behind the product: strategy, operations, and the projects that do not have an owner yet. You will turn the CEO's priorities into execution across the whole company and build the operating rhythm that keeps a small team moving fast. This is a founding-team seat: small team, wide scope, real ownership.
