Job summary

ATBF Labs is seeking a high-trust operator who will work directly with the founders, own cross-functional programs end to end, and turn ambiguity into a concrete plan. You will run the operating cadence, set goals, and drive the company forward beyond a single lane.

You’ll build the early operating backbone—hiring, vendors, finance ops, tooling—and sit in on tough decisions, surfacing data to ensure follow-through across engineering, go-to-market, and leadership.

• 5+ years in a high-velocity environment (operating, consulting, banking, or startup).
• A track record of owning ambiguous, cross-functional work and finishing it.
• Sharp written and verbal communication; able to write memos and run the room.
• Comfort with numbers; capable of building models and reading dashboards.

You will work directly with the founders as a force multiplier: owning the things that fall between functions, running the operating cadence, and turning ambiguity into a plan. This is a high-trust, high-ownership role for an operator who wants to see the whole company and move it forward, not manage a single lane.

About ATBF Labs

ATBF Labs builds the inference engine for production AI. Every token a model serves in production runs through an inference stack, and that stack decides the latency, the cost, and the reliability of the product sitting on top of it. We build ours from first principles: custom GPU kernels, a purpose-built runtime, and a distributed serving layer that holds its tail latency under real load. We are a small team with a high bar, shipping to production from day one.

What you'll do

Preferred Qualifications

• A bias for action and a high tolerance for context-switching.

Compensation

Compensation $180,000 – $240,000 + equity

Base salary plus meaningful equity. The range is a guideline; final numbers reflect experience, skills, and location.
