Job summary

Creatify is seeking a Chief of Staff to work directly with the founder on the company’s most important priorities, including financing, investor relations, and strategic initiatives. This full-time, in-person role is based in Mountain View, CA.

You will drive the operating cadence, manage fundraising processes end to end, and oversee high-priority strategic projects while ensuring follow-through and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in venture capital, management consulting, investment banking, or startup operations.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with owner mentality.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to produce clear decks.
• Highly organized and able to drive projects to completion without heavy supervision.
• Thrives in high-intensity, fast-paced environments with high ownership.
• Genuine curiosity about AI and advertising and eagerness to learn all aspects of building a company.

Responsibilities

• Own culture and team-building activities to keep a fast-moving team connected.

About the Role

We're looking for a Chief of Staff — a force multiplier of the founding team. You'll work directly with the founder on the company's most important priorities: financing, investor relations, strategic projects, and everything in between.

This is not a back-office role. You'll be in the room for the decisions that shape Creatify's next chapter — and you'll own the follow-through that turns those decisions into outcomes.

This is a full-time, in-person position based in Mountain View, CA.

Responsibilities

1. Founder leverage: Act as a thought partner to the CEO on priorities, decisions, and company building. Drive the operating cadence — OKR planning, quarterly reviews, board materials, and all-hands.

2. Fundraising & investor relations: Support the fundraising process end to end — pitch materials, data room preparation, investor outreach, and diligence. Own the monthly investor update: gather inputs across the company and turn them into a crisp, honest narrative.

3. Strategic projects: Take the highest-priority, most ambiguous problems — a key partnership, a new market entry, an internal fire — and own them until they're solved or ready to hand off.

4. BD & partnerships: Source, evaluate, and drive strategic partnerships that accelerate growth.

5. Culture & team: Own team building — offsites, events, and the rituals that keep a fast-moving team connected and energized.

6. Fill the gaps: No task too small or too strategic. If it matters to the company, it matters to you.

Qualifications

1. Have 2–5 years of experience in venture capital, management consulting, investment banking, or startup operations — ideally with exposure to fundraising or founder‑facing work

2. entrepreneurial minded — think like an owner, spot opportunities and problems before they're assigned.

3. Are an exceptional communicator: you turn messy thinking into clear writing, sharp decks, and decision-ready materials

4. Are extremely organized and relentless about driving projects to completion without being managed

5. Thrive in high-intensity, fast‑paced environments — low ego, high ownership, comfortable with ambiguity

6. Are genuinely curious about AI and advertising, and excited to learn every aspect of building a company

Bonus points if you…

1. Have supported fundraising processes end to end

2. Bring a network in the VC and startup ecosystem — founders, investors, operators

3. Have deep familiarity with startup metrics, SaaS business models, and venture financing

4. Have shipped something of your own — a side project, a community, a company

5. Have advanced proficiency in financial modeling (Excel / Google Sheets)
