Job summary

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of work experience in strategy, planning, operations, market research, or related field.
  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
  • PMP Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develops recommendations from complex data and business analysis and formulates them into business plans.
  • Drives innovative statistical and financial models to analyze new aspects of business performance.
  • Establishes metrics to measure performance and recommends go-forward strategy.
  • Leads complex, time-sensitive market research projects and identifies trends and opportunities.
  • Staffs and manages cross-functional teams across planning activities.
  • Drives priority projects and develops business plans with client leaders.
  • Develops comprehensive business plan recommendations based on analysis and trends.
  • Identifies analytical tools and methods for key decisions.
  • Counsels leaders on executing high-level strategies and creates solutions.
  • Develops strategies for long-term business relationships.

Chief of Staff
Job Summary
  • This role is responsible for leading the development, negotiation, coordination, and communication of business plans, to maximize identified opportunities and achieve performance goals within the organization. The role explores new business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion strategies to drive growth and market share. The role continuously drives better business practices and increased value to the business through consistent measurement and improvement of key activity metrics.
Responsibilities
  • Develops recommendations from complex data and business analysis and formulates them into business plans.
  • Drives the construction of highly innovative statistical and financial models to analyze new aspects of business performance.
  • Establishes the metrics required to measure business performance, and recommends the go-forward strategy to address performance gaps.
  • Leads highly complex, time-sensitive market research projects and identifies compelling trends and opportunities for business leaders.
  • Staffs and manages cross-functional teams across the entire span of business planning activities.
  • Drives all aspects of priority projects and makes final team decisions; develops business plans and proactively identifies new opportunities as partners with client business leaders.
  • Develops and drives comprehensive business plan recommendations, based on analysis, emerging trends, and experience.
  • Identifies or develops cutting-edge analytical tools, models, and methods for making key business decisions.
  • Counsels business leaders, recommends approaches for executing high-level strategies and develops creative solutions.
  • Develops and executes forward-thinking strategies for building and nurturing long-term business relationships.
Education & Experience

Recommended

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in strategy, planning, operations, market research, or a related field.

The pay range for this role is $130,700 to $205,200 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
