The Chief of Staff will report directly to the HISD Superintendent, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to push HISD's district transformation forward. In a fast-paced environment, the Chief of Staff will provide strategic project management support that addresses both the big-picture vision and the day-to-day execution of said vision. They will serve as a key guide of critical priorities, helping move the district toward outstanding academic results for every student.
