The role emphasizes strategic direction, program development, and supervision of PACT staff across facility sites and CBOCs. The ideal candidate has board certification, a track record in outpatient care, and experience managing budgets and resources in a federal healthcare setting.

Competenze

• Requires medical degree and full/unrestricted license in US
• Preferred experience directing Patient Aligned Care Teams (PACT) and outpatient clinics
• Experience with Joint Commission/OIG readiness and VA Primary Care policy is highly desirable

Mansioni

• Provide strategic leadership for Primary Care across facility sites and CBOCs
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention of Primary Care providers and staff
• Develop and implement service-level business plans for Primary Care and drive access, continuity, and quality metrics
