Dartmouth Health Cheshire Medical Center in Keene, NH, is seeking a collaborative Chief of Ophthalmology to guide ophthalmology services, strengthen high-quality eye care for the Monadnock Region, and align with Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center and Dartmouth Health resources.\n\nThe Chief will provide leadership for clinical quality, access, care coordination, provider engagement, and operational performance while maintaining a clinical presence and advancing community-based ophthalmology

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Ophthalmology residency.
• Board certification in Ophthalmology.

Responsibilities

• Provide physician leadership for ophthalmology across Cheshire Medical Center.
• Oversee clinical quality, patient access, and care coordination.
• Lead provider engagement and optimize operational performance.
• Align ophthalmology services with Dartmouth Health standards and goals.
