Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Ophthalmology residency.
• Board certification in Ophthalmology.
• Experience leading ophthalmology services within a health-system setting preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and strategic oversight skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physician leadership for ophthalmology within Cheshire Medical Center.
• Oversee clinical quality, access, care coordination, and patient experience.
• Align ophthalmology services with Dartmouth Health standards and academic resources.
• Support recruitment, retention, and workflow optimization across clinics and surgical services.
• Engage with providers, staff, and community partners to advance community-based eye care.
