About the Role

This role blendsexecutive support, operations, and legal adminall in one. You’ll be the trusted right hand to our Managing Attorney, making sure the wheels of the firm turn smoothly every day. If you're the kind of person who can anticipate needs, solve problems before they start, and keep a team humming, keep reading.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate and manage executive scheduling, meetings, and travel
  • Own daily operational tasks—from billing to HR onboarding to vendor wrangling
  • Format legal documents and support timekeeping, reporting, and correspondence
  • Keep our project boards (and people) on track with task management tools
  • Improve systems, streamline processes, and catch the things no one else sees
  • Serve as a communication bridge between the Managing Attorney and the team
  • Create structure where there is none—and make it better every time

️What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Legal Admin, or Ops Coordinator role
  • Experience in a law firm or other professional services firm (bonus points!)
  • Ridiculously organized, with a sixth sense for what needs to be done next
  • Confident communicator who writes and speaks with clarity and polish
  • High level of discretion, initiative, and maturity
  • A “get-it-done” mindset and a love of making things run smoother
