The role requires expertise in paintings or objects conservation, collaboration with curatorial and facilities teams, and active engagement in external funding

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Art Conservation with painting specialization preferred.
• 8–10 years of experience managing a multidisciplinary art conservation program.
• Knowledge of conservation ethics and AIC standards.
• Experience supervising museum staff and cross-department collaboration.
• Budget planning and capital-improvement experience.
• Proficiency with scientific/object analysis methods and conservation tech.

• Supervise and evaluate conservation staff, fellows, interns, and contractors.
• Oversee budgets, equipment, facilities, and professional development.
