Job summary

Pressed Cafe is expanding its operations and seeks a Director of Commissary Operations to oversee the centralized food production lifecycle. This role demands operational leadership, compliance with food safety standards, and exemplary team management. You will lead day-to-day production, ensuring quality and timeliness across our cafe locations.

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of progressive leadership experience in food production and a relevant degree. Competitive salary and full benefits package are included.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of leadership experience in food production or commissary operations.
• Deep knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
• Experience with production planning and demand forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily commissary operations including scheduling and distribution.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety and regulatory standards.
• Lead and develop a team of production supervisors and staff.
