North American Partners in Anesthesia is seeking a Chief of Anesthesia to practice in a highly autonomous environment at St. Francis Hospital in Litchfield, IL.

The role features a blended team with physicians and CRNAs sharing call and delivering anesthesia, plus a diverse case mix emphasizing regional techniques. The position offers a total rewards package including a $520K salary and a $50K sign-on incentive, excellent benefits, and loan repayment/training support.

Qualifikationen

• MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of Anesthesiology Residency.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified.
• Current medical licensure.
• ECFMG/FLEX (if applicable).

Aufgaben

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures.
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent.
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients.
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia.
• Monitor the patient’s physiological condition and perform interventions as needed.
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership.
