Job summary

North American Partners in Anesthesia (Illinois), LLC seeks a Chief Anesthesiologist for OSF Little Company of Mary Hospital near Chicago, Evergreen Park, IL. MD or DO with residency completed and board eligibility/certification is required.

The role offers a total rewards package including a $525K annual salary, a $75K sign-on, and a $45K chief stipend, plus comprehensive benefits and generous PTO. You will lead anesthesia services across surgical procedures and oversee perioperative care.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Completion of Anesthesiology Residency.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified.
• Current medical licensure.
• ECFMG/FLEX (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures.
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent.
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients.
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia.
• Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed.
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership.
