City of Hope in Georgia seeks a Chief Nursing Officer to lead nursing operations, clinical practice, and patient engagement across the care continuum. The role requires substantial executive nursing leadership experience, a track record of transformation, and a commitment to quality and patient experience.

Ideal candidates hold a BSN and MSN with GA RN licensure (or eligibility within 6 months) and at least 15 years in nursing, including 10 in leadership.

Formación

• Baccalaureate and Master’s degree required; one of which must be in Nursing.
• Current registered nurse license required. Licensed in the state of GA or the ability to obtain said license within 6 mos.
• Fifteen (15) years nursing experience, with ten (10) years in a nursing leadership role.

Responsabilidades

• Lead nursing operations and patient engagement across the care continuum.
• Partner with the Chief Medical Officer and enterprise clinical leadership to improve clinical operations and outcomes.
• Set strategy for clinical services, staffing models, and resource allocation.
• Represent nursing in executive leadership and governance across the organization.
