Rainier Springs Behavioral Health Hospital in Vancouver, WA seeks a Chief Nursing Officer to lead nursing strategy, quality of care, and interdisciplinary collaboration within Lifepoint Health.

The CNO will oversee patient care programs, drive performance improvements, and mentor nursing leadership across the hospital. A strong RN license and clinical leadership experience are essential, with ACLS/PALS timing and BSN preferred. We offer robust benefits and growth opportunities.

Formación

• Current state RN license
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school
• ASLS certification preferred

Responsabilidades

• Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs
• Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions
• Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient
• Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record
• Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
• Performs timely and accurate QI assessments

Conocimientos

RN license

Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.

ACLS and PALS are required within six months of hire.
