Lifepoint Health in Vancouver, WA, seeks a Chief Nursing Officer to direct hospital nursing activities in alignment with standards and policies. The CNO will supervise daily nursing services, lead staffing plans, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive quality improvement across Nursing departments.
The role requires a Bachelor's in Nursing, 15+ years in nursing with 3–5 years in a CNO role within investor-owned systems, and RN licensure. Competitive base salary listed.
Pay for this position will be $140,000 - $170,000 base salary.
The Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) - Facility directs hospital nursing activities within the context of nursing stand-ards and hospital policies and procedures.
Position serves both internal co-workers and external customers, clients, patients, contractors, and vendors.
Access to and/or works with sensitive and/or confidential information.
Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of healthcare regulatory and compliance (e.g., HIPAA). Skilled in the application of policies and procedures. Knowledge of Business Office Standards and Recommended Practices.
Manage the work of others, including planning, assigning, scheduling and reviewing work, ensures quality stand-ards. Responsible for hiring, terminating, training and developing, reviewing performance and administering cor-rective action for staff.

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing; Master's Degree Preferred.
Minimum 15 years' experience with 3-5 years of Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) experience in an in-vestor-owned healthcare organization; Prior experience in Joint Commission preparation and survey process pre-ferred.
Registered Nurse (RN) Certification.
Registered Nurse (RN) License.
