This executive role will mentor nursing leaders, partner with physicians, and shape staffing models to support stabilization and long-term recovery.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (California or eligible for reciprocity).
• BSN required; MSN or specialty certification preferred.
• 6+ years of RN experience; 3+ years progressive nursing leadership.
• 2+ years of inpatient behavioral health RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive nursing strategy, quality, and operational excellence
• Mentor and develop nursing leaders and frontline teams
• Ensure compliance with The Joint Commission (TJC), CMS, and state regulatory standards
• Oversee staffing models, budgets, and workforce planning
• Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Monitor patient outcomes and lead continuous quality improvement initiatives
• Influence executive decisions and support long-term strategic planning

• 6+ years of RN experience (10+ preferred)
• 3+ years of progressive nursing leadership
• 2+ years of inpatient behavioral health RN experience

Salary Range: $138,000- $205,000
